Job Summary Medical Director/Primary Care Physician - MGB Watertown
Qualifications
Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our full-service, outpatient adult primary care practice in Watertown, MA.
This position includes a leadership component, serving as Medical Director for the practice. In addition to providing direct patient care, the Medical Director will help guide clinical operations, support quality improvement initiatives, mentor providers, and collaborate with administrative leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
