Job Title: Support Intervention Specialist - Metro RYDC - Atlanta, Georgia (NSC)Agency: Department of Juvenile Justice Job Requisition ID: JR0000002787Shift: Any (United States of America)Compensation Details: $36,000 Job Description: Job Summary: Under supervision, schedules consumers for testing, assembles test materials and administer tests. Develops and implements behavior management and/or skills acquisition plans.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists with administration and scoring of tests
- Develop and implement behavior management plans as required by regulatory agencies
- Evaluate clients' physical or mental condition based on review of client information
- Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client's treatment
- Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress according to measurable goals described in treatment and care plan
- Prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports
- Provides training to direct staff in implementing behavior modification techniques
- Trains to collect information about clients through interviews, observation, and tests
Entry Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in in counseling or a related field from an accredited college or university or certification as an addiction counselor from the Georgia Addiction Counselors Association (GACA) or equivalent certification.
