Assistant Speech Coach

Position Dates: Winter/Spring; November 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027

Salary: Based on CEA Master Agreement

Job Summary: Assist in the leadership and administration of the Chaska Speech program

Qualifications/Experience/Duties:

  • Experience coaching/judging competitive high school speech preferred

  • Speech competition experience helpful but not required

  • Good communication skills

  • Genuine respect/recognition of youth needs

  • Committed to excellence

  • Goal oriented
