Job Duties
Labeling Graphics Acquisition Specialist
Location: Arden Hills, MN
Pay: $47.25/hour
Schedule: Regular Business Hours
Advantage Technical is hiring a Labeling Graphics Acquisition Specialist to support a leading medical device manufacturer in Arden Hills, MN. This temporary role owns artwork generation, packaging content, and translation coordination within a regulated, quality-driven environment.
What You'll Do (Job Duties)
Perform desktop publishing and artwork generation for packaging and labeling materials using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and maintain data and formats within the Global Labeling System (GLS).
Support Acquisition product development teams by developing Instructions for Use content for newly acquired product lines.
Coordinate translations for packaging and literature through translation vendors. Manage content changes to protect schedule and consistency, partnering with cross-functional teams.
Create and update packaging components based on existing formats and designs. Maintain graphics filing systems, both paper-based and electronic.
Apply regulatory and quality system expertise to ensure deliverables are fully compliant and error-free.
Support review and Change Request activities for the approval and release of materials. Communicate with outside vendors on artwork and proofing.
Monitor and address issues that could impact schedule or quality. Recommend process improvements and build quality into all aspects of the role.
What You Bring (Qualifications, Education and Experience)
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience working within quality systems and change control processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
Experience in the medical device industry or a similarly regulated industry.
Experience with medical electrical equipment or similar capital equipment.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Regulatory, Quality, R&D, Manufacturing, and Project Management.
Preferred Experience
Direct technical writing experience. Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
