Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development

Lead, coach, and develop the Administrative Services team.

Assign work, prioritize requests, and balance workloads.
-
Foster collaboration, cross-training, and knowledge sharing.
-
Support employee development and performance management.
Administrative Operations
-
Ensure efficient and effective delivery of administrative services.
-
Coordinate resources to support business priorities and changing needs.
-
Standardize administrative processes and best practices.
-
Ensure coverage of critical processes and responsibilities.
Business & Leadership Support
-
Support executive and leadership initiatives.
-
Coordinate special projects, communications, and administrative activities.
-
Partner with leaders to identify opportunities for support and improvement.
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative support needs.
Operational Oversight
-
Oversee administrative budgets, vendors, and office services.
-
Monitor service levels and team effectiveness.
-
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
Education & Experience
-
High school diploma or equivalent required.
-
Typically 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
-
Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or team coordination capabilities preferred

Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive administrative efficiency.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.

Safety Requirements

Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
