Manufacturing Operations Coordinator 37574293 * Hourly pay: $25/hr * Worksite: Leading electronic testing company (Colorado Springs, CO 80907 - Onsite) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to support Die Attach and Wire Bonding operations in a cleanroom environment. Manufacturing Operations Coordinator Responsibilities: * Perform die attach and wire bonding processes and operate automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment. * Assemble and inspect microelectronic components under a microscope, perform in-process quality inspections, and identify and report process, material, or quality issues. * Accurately document production activities, job status, and manufacturing data within computer systems. * Follow cleanroom and ESD protocols, escalate technical or production concerns to trainers, technicians, or engineers, and support continuous improvement initiatives. * Handle delicate microelectronic components with precision while maintaining quality standards, productivity, and a safe working environment. Manufacturing Operations Coordinator Qualifications: * Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time and handle very small and delicate components. * Basic computer skills, including data entry, email, and manufacturing systems. * Experience with die attach, wire bonding, microelectronics assembly, cleanroom environments, ESD procedures, or automated production equipment is preferred. Shift: * First and second shifts available for this position: * First Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. * Second Shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
