We're seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Advertiser Success team. In this role, you will use your performance marketing expertise, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills to provide superior client service, research, and market analysis for the advertisers on the Adflow platform. You will persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your clients, managing a book of business while developing comprehensive strategies that drive revenue growth and long-term partnership success. If you're a self-motivated and results-driven person who thrives in a fast-paced ad tech environment and knows how to turn data into client wins, this is the role where you'll thrive.

What You'll Do:

  • Rapidly gain a thorough understanding of Adflow's proprietary ad inventory, machine learning-driven optimization, reporting analysis, competitive advantages, resources, and processes, and articulate them persuasively to new and existing advertisers

  • Manage a book of business and maintain strong relationships with new and existing advertisers on the Adflow platform, to successfully meet and exceed client performance expectations and ensure long-term success

  • Monitor client budgets, with a focus on growing advertising spend on Adflow inventory; prepare and present formal business reviews to top clients

  • Serve as lead for all client communication, including onboarding, performance feedback, creative changes, pacing reports, performance reports, client meetings, campaign recommendations, and comprehensive strategy to enable revenue growth

  • In partnership with Advertiser Success leadership, identify, create, and implement solutions grounded in measurable business results; serve as an external product consultant educating advertisers and agencies on Adflow's ad solutions and best practices, and grow the partnership

  • Understand each client's key performance indicators, and clearly communicate these metrics internally for optimization

  • Proactively introduce new revenue-driving opportunities across Adflow's inventory and channels

  • Manage the onboarding process for new advertisers, coordinating the flow of campaign builds with Business Development and Partner Development, creative execution with the Creative Strategy team, and tracking requirements with the Media Operations team

  • Work closely with the Campaign Strategy, Media Operations, and Creative Strategy teams to provide continued feedback and analysis, optimization suggestions, and recommendations

  • Formulate plans to extend new business and additional channel distribution with established accounts

  • Responsible for overseeing monthly billable numbers to finance for invoicing

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience managing a book of business within digital performance marketing or ad tech; commerce media experience a plus

  • Extremely organized and meticulous, as you will manage many advertiser campaigns simultaneously

  • Exceptional communicator, comfortable presenting to advertiser and internal stakeholders

  • Attentive to client budgets and spend targets, conscientious of revenue pacing, and experienced in exercising sales skills

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • High proficiency in Excel

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Self-motivated, self-starter mentality
