Our client, a leading organization in their industry, is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Office Coordinator to join their team. As an Administrative Office Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Job Title: Administrative Office Coordinator

Location: Burlington, IA

Pay Range: 19-23

Shift: 8AM-5Pm

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate and manage office administrative tasks to support daily operations

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure document accuracy

  • Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders

  • Support special projects and provide general administrative assistance as needed

What's Needed?

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
