Business Analyst AI/ML/Data Science - INTL Colombia

Job Description

An Insight Global customer in the Global Quick Service Restaurant industry is in immediate need of a Mid-Senior level Business Analyst who has experience working on Data ETL, and AI/ML Data Science projects. This person will work alongside Delivery Managers and Developers mainly and will have a crucial role in gathering, flushing out, and documenting requirements from a modeling perspective. This role will be remote nearshore out of Colombia.

Compensation Range: $25/hr to $35/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years experience working as a Business Analyst
• 5+ years experience working on Data Engineering, Data Science, and/or AI-Machine Learning projects
• Strong experience with gathering, refining, and documenting requirements
• Strong experience working alongside Project Managers, Program Managers, Data Scientists and Developers in a fast pased, technical evironment
• Strong experience working with ETL tools such as (Databricks, Informatica, or Talend)
• Strong experience working with SQL
• Cloud experience specifically Azure
• Bachelors degree in a related field
