Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Ready to lead your own crew and make an impact in a growing division? We are looking for an Air Duct Cleaning Lead Technician (Crew Chief) to lead residential and commercial air duct cleaning projects throughout the St. Louis area.

This hands-on role is perfect for an experienced technician who takes pride in quality work, enjoys leading from the front, and wants to help build something great while maintaining the high standards Woodard is known for.

You'll Succeed If You:

  • Have 2+ years of professional air duct cleaning experience

  • Understand HVAC systems and air duct cleaning equipment

  • Enjoy leading by example and working alongside your team

  • Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers

  • Take pride in high-quality work and attention to detail

  • Can adapt to changing job conditions and solve problems in the field

What You'll Do:

  • Lead residential and commercial air duct cleaning projects from start to finish

  • Perform air duct cleaning using professional equipment and methods

  • Evaluate HVAC systems and determine proper cleaning approaches

  • Train and direct technicians on assigned jobs

  • Complete job documentation and maintain equipment, vehicles, and tools

  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
