Full job description

We are looking for driven and curious, client-focused Entry Level Project Services Professional with an interest in Construction Project Coordination to join us in Houston, Texas. You will be working with our Life Sciences team within Advanced Facilities. This is an on-site position.

Jacobs provides full-service engineering, procurement, and construction management services for both new and existing facilities. For projects of every scale, we provide design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and maintenance services that support a facility's entire life cycle.

Working within one of our Project Services teams, you could join us in one of many different Construction Coordination focused roles—Document Control, Project Control, Project Coordination, to name a few. You will support Project Managers in all aspects of the project, help find alternative strategies and utilize advanced technologies and data analysis solutions to support service excellence. We’ll guide you in through the beginning of your construction project coordination career as you hone your skills in meeting project requirements. You will collaborate on the development of project schedules and detail the critical activities which will help drive us to successful project delivery. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, managing logistics and communications, and assisting with onboarding activities for new team members.

*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline

*Strong organizational and coordination skills

*Authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

*Previous experience in construction, supporting large-scale, long-duration projects

*Previous experience in Document Controls

*A flexible, team-oriented approach and willingness to step in and support the team when needed, including occasionally outside regular working hours
