FT Nights - 7pm - 7am Three 12 hours shifts 1845-0715 with a weekend and holiday requirement

Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30

Where You Will Work: Join our 24-bed Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Rehabilitation Unit at Carolinas Rehabilitation – Charlotte, where we provide highly specialized, patient-centered care for individuals with traumatic and non‑traumatic spinal cord injuries, including paraplegia, tetraplegia, and complex neurologic conditions. You’ll collaborate with an expert interdisciplinary rehabilitation team—including RNs, physiatrists, rehabilitation therapists, and support staff—dedicated to maximizing independence, function, and quality of life. Our SCI program emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient and family education, and long-term recovery planning, creating an exceptional environment for nurses passionate about rehabilitation nursing.

We’re Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

What You’ll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
