Responsibilities

As a full-time team member, your responsibilities may include:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions

Supporting software development, systems engineering, or IT operations

Performing data analysis, reporting, and process optimization

Assisting with finance, marketing, operations, or project management activities

Participating in team meetings, strategic planning, and presentations

Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation efforts

Engaging in professional development, training, and mentoring programs

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree from George Mason University (or expected graduation within 12 months)

Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future

Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearance

Strong academic performance and eagerness to learn

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Proficiency in relevant tools/software based on role (e.g., Python, Excel, SQL, Adobe, etc.)

Professional attitude, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability

Desired:

Internship or relevant project experience in your field

Leadership experience in academic, extracurricular, or volunteer settings

Willingness to take on new challenges and contribute innovative ideas

Involvement in academic projects or research related to your field

Pay Range :

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$66,700 - $133,300
