Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our electrical engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the estimation, design, development and implementation of electrical systems and components of compressor stations. They will be responsible to produce estimates and create list of materials, reviewing and redlining electrical layouts, schematics, wiring diagrams and single line drawings using Bluebeam, while ensuring all work aligns with project timelines and regulatory codes & safety standards are being met. This individual will need to collaborate with cross functional teams to support field operations, as well as the design team and coordinate with project managers to ensure project deadlines and execution is being properly met. (Pay Rate: $38-$43/hr)

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of electrical design or engineering experience with knowledge of power & controls Knowledge of electrical codes (NEC, IEC) Experience using Bluebeam or equivalent software Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines Good communication and problem-solving skills Experience in the energy, utilities, oil, gas or power space.
