Description
We are looking for a data-driven Senior Talent Management Analyst to support strategic talent decisions through thoughtful analysis, reporting, and insight generation. Based in Westborough, Massachusetts, this Long-term Contract position will focus on turning talent data into clear business recommendations across performance, succession, and capability initiatives. The role will work closely with HR and analytics partners to strengthen reporting quality, improve visibility into workforce trends, and enhance the effectiveness of talent management processes through modern digital tools.
Responsibilities:

Analyze talent-related information to uncover patterns and insights that support decision-making across key talent programs.

Build and maintain dashboards, visual reports, and recurring metrics using Power BI and other reporting tools.

Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure talent data is accurate, consistent, and useful for business planning.

Translate complex workforce findings into concise, actionable recommendations for leadership and program owners.

Support reporting tied to performance management, succession planning, and employee capability development initiatives.

Monitor data quality and help improve reporting processes, system usage, and overall analytical efficiency.

Apply digital and AI-enabled tools to streamline analysis, reporting workflows, and insight delivery where appropriate.

Contribute to talent-related projects that require structured reporting, compliance awareness, and ongoing measurement of outcomes.
Requirements • Experience in talent management, HR analytics, workforce analysis, or a related human resources function.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard creation, data visualization, and reporting.

Demonstrated ability to work with performance management and performance review data in a business setting.

Knowledge of internal reporting practices and data governance principles within HR environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets clearly.

Familiarity with HR compliance considerations when handling employee and organizational data.

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams.
