Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day management and support for the hiring process of physicians and advanced practice providers, including the onboarding process to ensure seamless and timely start of work. Serves as a liaison between the physician leaders, recruiters, candidates, and internal departments to ensure providers can begin work in accordance with their start date. Establishes and retains strong relationships with physicians, business leaders and internal departments.

This position requires onsite presence every other Monday in Atlanta. In addition, it requires some onsite presence for local conferences

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or equivalent field required or

  • In Lieu of degree six (6) years of recruitment experience will be accepted required

Work Experience

  • No experience required required or

  • In lieu of degree six (6) years of recruitment experience will be accepted required

  • Experience working in healthcare or human resources preferred

Licenses and Certifications

  • None Required
