Full job description

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Scheduler to support the engineering, procurement, and construction of hyperscale, mission-critical data center projects across the United States for a leading energy company. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. The Project Scheduler will partner closely with construction, project controls, supply chain, and engineering teams to track progress, validate schedule performance, identify risks, and support schedule recovery efforts. Serving as a critical member of the project controls team, this individual will provide schedule forecasting, critical path analysis, progress reporting, and change impact assessments to support timely decision-making and successful project execution.

Skills and Requirements

6-12 years of project scheduling experience supporting large-scale construction, LNG, industrial, EPC, mission-critical, or data center projects

Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and schedule management best practices

Excel, ERP

Experience developing and maintaining integrated project schedules from engineering through commissioning Strong understanding of construction sequencing, planning, and project execution workflows

Experience performing critical path analysis, schedule forecasting, and variance reporting

Ability to coordinate schedule updates from contractors, vendors, and internal project teams

Background in the field

Experience supporting change management and assessing schedule impacts of project changes

Ability to look at both cost and schedules

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred but not required
