It includes Manchester Memorial Hospital, a 249-bed community hospital, Rockville General, a campus of Manchester Memorial Hospital, a 102-bed facility, a large multispecialty provider group and visiting nurse services. The Greater Manchester Region serves a region of 300,000 people in 19 towns. BONUS ELIGIBLE $10,000 We are a small community hospital where your voice is heard! POSITION SUMMARY: This position reports to the Adult Ambulatory Coordinator and/or to the Director of the Service and the Medical Director. Provides direct and indirect clinical services to adults in need of mental health care and is responsible for treatment of the client and provision of age-appropriate care. Core skills may include crisis assessment, intake assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, treatment planning, case management, team/community collaboration, patient/family education and triage/discharge planning. As skill sets permits, may provide flexible coverage to another service within Behavioral Health on a short-term basis. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION • This position requires a Masters degree and Connecticut licensure as a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
