Pre-Service Financial Concierge

Fast-paced, high-volume Call Center looking for a top skilled Financial Concierge

Work location: 612 East Lamar Arlington, Texas 76011

Work environment: Patient Financial Experience - Remote, but onsite training may be required

Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Friday, (10am - 6:30pm)

Here's What You Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

  • Two years of experience in a hospital CBO customer service or Call Cente environment (REQUIRED)

  • Working knowledge of Medical Terminology and understanding of reimbursement methodologies (REQUIRED)

  • CHAA -Certified Healthcare Access Associate upon hire (PREFERRED)

  • What You Will Do:
  • Receive calls from patients/guarantors regarding financial questions on their account(s) balance consisting of estimate , deposits/payments, payment plans.

  • Financial Clearance for Patient Arrival - Review High Dollar, OON, Limited benefit Work Ques

  • Complete work queues within 24 hours for insurance patients that need financial arrangements

  • Obtain and verify patient demographics, verify benefits, collect copays
