Full job description

As an Associate Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for defining and scoping SmartCare Customer Excellence solutions and developing compelling, accurate proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) that clearly outline project scope, responsibilities, deliverables, and costs. You will work closely with Sales and customers in a consultative role to develop solutions that support successful implementation. This is a Remote position for someone based in the Eastern or Central Time Zones to meet business needs and requirements.

What You Will Do:

  • Work in conjunction with the Sales team as the key Customer Excellence lead for developing services solutions.

  • Design the vision and architecture for a Vocera solution, including specification of technical, wireless, training, deployment plan, and integration requirements.

  • Develop clear and accurate Statements of Work (SOWs), requiring strong business writing, grammar, attention to detail, and Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Develop Professional Service Proposals and manage the qualification, bid and negotiation phases of selling a new engagement

  • Establish excellent cross-functional relationships with the Customer Excellence, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Product and Systems Engineering teams.

  • Listen to customers and use active listening to understand and anticipate their needs and develop a Solutions Proposal that meets their requirements and expectations.

  • Utilize excellent client-facing and presentation skills, understanding the art of negotiation and demonstrating tact and professionalism in handling difficult situations with customers.

  • Guide customers through the integration decision-making process in determining the best solution for their environment

What You Need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 6+ years of additional relevant work experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within healthcare IT or in a clinical setting

Preferred:

  • Healthcare product/vendor experience preferred.

  • Integration knowledge preferred.

  • USN : $69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual

  • Puerto Rico : $69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual

  • US5 : $73,000 - $116,400 USD Annual

  • US10 : $76,500 - $122,000 USD Annual

  • US15 : $79,900 - $127,500 USD Annual

  • US20 : $83,400 - $133,100 USD Annual

  • US30 : $90,400 - $144,200 USD Annual
