About the role We are looking for an Endorsement Specialist to manage end-to-end endorsement requests for our Non-enterprise & Enterprise accounts. In this role, you will work closely with insurers, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate, and seamless policy servicing while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage endorsement requests from initiation through closure.

  • Coordinate with insurers, Account Managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of policy changes.

  • Ensure high levels of accuracy, compliance, and adherence to defined service-level agreements (SLAs).

  • Resolve complex endorsement and policy servicing requests through effective stakeholder collaboration.

  • Proactively communicate updates and provide timely resolutions to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and enhance the customer

  • experience.

  • Maintain process excellence by following established workflows, quality standards, and documentation practices.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of overall professional experience.

  • Experience in Group Health Insurance operations, endorsements, policy servicing, or customer servicing is a plus

  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage requests independently from start to finish.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.

  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex servicing scenarios.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Info

  • It will be 5 days of onsite work.

  • Week-offs will be rotational.

  • It would be rotational shifts.
