Forget the typical fast food routine! As a Crew Closer, you'll prepare food the Olé way, connect with customers one-on-one, and be part of a team that feels like family. You'll move, groove, and contribute to the quality food experience our guests love!

Your Crew Closer position can be tailored to your schedule - either full-time (30-40 hours weekly) or part-time (15-30 hours weekly). Typical shifts run from 2:00 pm-10:30 pm or 5:00 pm-10:30 pm, with closing teams usually finished by 10:30 pm nightly.

What You'll Do

Greet customers with genuine enthusiasm

Take orders efficiently at both counter and drive-through

Ensure our made-from-scratch menu items meet Taco John's high standards

Help create an energetic atmosphere for every guest

Master Restaurant Customer Service skills that benefit your future career

Work alongside a team that supports each other

Learn to prepare orders with excellence in a fast-paced setting

Close down the store safely and effectively

What You Need

Previous restaurant experience preferred, but we'll provide all the training you need to succeed as a Crew Closer. What matters most is your positive attitude and willingness to learn!
