Job Summary and Description:

Provides centralized administration and coordination support to EPRI's International Regional Managers and the International Director, covering the sales database, contract follow-up, expenses, events, scheduling, and member correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the customer relationship database end to end for all assigned regions: member contacts, opportunities, and meeting reports, entered daily from Regional Manager input

Where needed, act as the single point of follow-up with the Contracts, Legal, and Finance teams, tracking agreement status weekly and more often on active deals

Support customer invoicing where regional requirements apply

Update on expense submissions and process expense approvals on their behalf

Administer internal team meetings, conferences, and exhibition booths: venue and hotel logistics, registration, speaker arrangements, and coordination with organizer

Arrange group travel and itineraries for customer and EPRI teams on complex trips

Support Technology Transfer

Schedule calls and meetings across members, technical staff, and Regional Managers,

Maintain an organized archive of meeting recordings, transcripts, and materials to support value reporting

Maintain account plans and client engagement summaries linked to the customer database

Maintain the central library of EPRI research program and initiative materials, acting as the reference point for locating them, and track International Director’s key performance indicators for M&TS.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3 to 5 years in a sales administration, team assistant, or coordination role

Experience with customer relationship management software; accurate, consistent record keeping

Strong written English; able to draft professional correspondence for senior review

Highly organized, discreet with financial and contractual information, and comfortable working across multiple time zones

Energetic professional with demonstrated ability to work with others as a a team and takes pride in the details of their work

Ability to quickly grasp the in-depth knowledge of EPRI’s operations, policies, and procedures

Strong interpersonal and group communication skills

EPRI is committed to complying with the regulatory framework governing export control, consisting of international treaties, U.S. laws, regulations and trade sanctions, and where applicable, foreign laws governing export control. These include the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Part 810 nuclear export regulations, and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). It is a critical requirement of this role that the successful candidate will have to work with export-controlled technology / information.
