Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) - Little Egg Harbor Township

At Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center, we are dedicated to providing Greatest Care in the Most Home-Like Environment. As a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

About the Role

As a CNA with Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center, you will provide skilled nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Providing vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team

  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents

  • Participating in resident care conferences and contributing to the development of individualized care plans

  • Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
