What you will do in this role

Some key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-million-dollar automotive programs across OEM, dealer network, and consultants
-
Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams, vendors, platforms, and stakeholders to keep programs moving forward.

Serve as the primary program lead for OEM and dealer-facing stakeholders, building trusted relationships with executive sponsors and key decision-makers.
-
Excel skills (Advanced Excel skills including complex data manipulation) and understanding of sales trends and objectives
-
Ability to understand multiple workstreams regarding reporting information that may contain multiple excel files from OEM and support client with long term plan to automate
-
Ability to work with several different client business owners with different requirements which relate to the overall business objectives as a whole
-
Evaluate new technologies, AI capabilities, and automation opportunities that align with business objectives
-
Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, governance discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work alongside other Program Managers and help coordinate deliverables and objectives with Operations teams, Data Analysts, Creative Teams, Technology Teams, Operations Leaders, and Vendor Partners.

Define priorities and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
-
Collaboration with existing Program Managers well versed in the day to day requirements of the program
-
Identify risks impacting profitability, delivery commitments, capacity planning, and staffing strategies.
-
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, risk registers, governance frameworks, and delivery plans.
-
Establish program KPIs, business outcome measures, and performance reporting aligned with client objectives.
-
Facilitate quarterly business reviews, executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions.
-
Translate client business objectives into actionable marketing, technology, analytics, and operational initiatives.

Ensure alignment between OEM brand standards and retailer marketing execution.
-
Manage program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and financial performance against contractual and operational targets
-
Drive innovation through personalization, segmentation, and data-driven marketing approaches.

Develop executive dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into program health and business impact.

Have deep automotive industry knowledge, including experience supporting OEMs, dealer networks, or automotive retail initiatives.

Have experience leading teams across marketing strategy, analytics, client services, technology, creative services, operations, and vendor partners.

Use data to assess program performance, results, risks, and opportunities.

Are comfortable managing budgets, forecasts, resource plans, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.

Communicate clearly and confidently in internal and client facing meetings.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement matter.
It will be a plus if you:

Have experience with Salesforce, Automotive Cloud, Dealer Management Systems, Customer Data Platforms, or marketing automation technologies.

Have experience using AI or automation tools to improve productivity

Have experience developing executive dashboards, governance frameworks, risk registers, and performance reporting.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
