Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a Scheduler to join our Owner’s Advisor team supporting the Medical Enlisted Training Campus (METC) Recapitalization Program at Joint Base San Antonio–Fort Sam Houston. This mission-critical initiative will deliver five modern dormitory facilities for up to 6,000 joint-service medical students and the associated infrastructure.

Working alongside government leaders, military stakeholders, designers, and contractors, you will help manage risk, protect the government’s interests, and support the successful delivery of a high-profile Progressive Design-Build program. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a landmark campus, advance innovative delivery methods, and help shape the future of large-scale Air Force infrastructure programs.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop independent schedule analysis and integrated forecasting across design, manufacturing, shipping, construction, utilities, and acceptance.

  • Give program leadership clear evidence of constraints and realistic recovery options.

  • Review and maintain the owner’s integrated schedule model aligned to the approved contractor schedule and milestones.

  • Validate logic, calendars, durations, critical paths, resources, float, and links between factories and site workfronts.

  • Analyze production quantities and rates using consistent units for beds, rooms, modules, shipments, and crane lifts.

  • Integrate field progress, look-ahead constraints, utility readiness, and commissioning prerequisites into forecasts.

  • Perform schedule risk and what-if analysis; evaluate change impacts and proposed recovery sequencing.

  • Prepare concise schedule narratives, variance reports, decision deadlines, and milestone confidence assessments.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field and 7+ years of construction scheduling experience.

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent CPM scheduling software and advanced spreadsheet analysis.

  • Experience analyzing complex schedule logic, updates, progress measurement, and schedule impacts.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain unescorted access to JBSA Fort Sam Houston.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, maintain accurate records, collaborate across disciplines, and handle project information in approved systems.

  • Ability to maintain a one team mentality amongst all stakeholders.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • AACE PSP or PMI-SP credential; quantitative schedule risk modeling experience.

  • Federal design-build, factory production/logistics, five-building or comparable concurrent campus delivery, and commissioning schedules.

Security Clearance Requirement:
