TISTA Science and Technology is seeking a System Maintenance Technician II to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and requirements to recommend/solve business issues.

  • Articulate complex processes and requirements, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences.

  • Collecting, interpreting, and presenting VA data to support decision-making.

  • Supporting VA project managers by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies.

  • Providing training and documentation for end users (Veterans, clinicians, VA staff)

Qualifications

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.

  • Customer service mindset with patience and empathy.

  • Strong problem solving skills.

Education:

  • Associates of Arts in Computer Science, Eletronics Engineering, or equivalent or a Two Year Technical School degree PLUS 3 Years of experience

  • Four (4) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education

Clearance:

  • The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation

Location:

  • Remote, USA

  • Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST)

Pay Range:

  • The pay for this position ranges from $45,730 to $53,500

  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location

  • Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses
