Adecco assists a local client recruiting for Field Reimbursement Manager opportunities in West Massachusetts . Responsibilities for Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:

Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers within an assigned territory.

Manage benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims support, and appeals to facilitate patient access to therapy.

Educate provider offices on payer policies, reimbursement processes, Medicare, commercial insurance, and available support services.
-
Build and maintain relationships with physician offices, manufacturers, and key stakeholders.
-
Conduct field visits, training programs, and educational presentations for providers and office staff.
-
Partner with internal hub and client teams to resolve reimbursement challenges and deliver high-quality service.

Provide reimbursement guidance related to Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, and payer coverage requirements.

Manage territory activities, account coordination, and project execution to meet client goals.
-
Document and report all customer interactions and case outcomes in CRM systems.

Travel throughout the assigned territory to support customers and program objectives.
Candidates for Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
-
8+ years of healthcare reimbursement, patient access, or market access experience.
-
Strong knowledge of Medicare, commercial insurance, benefit verification, prior authorizations, claims, and appeals.
-
Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy reimbursement models.
-
Experience supporting specialty therapies (e.g., oncology, dermatology, or other specialty products).
-
Proven customer service, relationship management, and presentation skills.
-
Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, web-based meeting platforms, and CRM systems.
-
Field reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, and account management experience preferred.
-
Must reside within the assigned territory and be able to travel up to 80%.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay Details: $58.17 per hour
