What you'll do...
Role summary:
The Director, Finance leads long-term financial planning by collaborating across departments to align financial targets with corporate goals. This role provides strategic insights through complex financial modeling, risk assessment, and performance analysis to support informed decision-making. The Director oversees financial reporting accuracy, enhances control processes, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. By fostering strong partnerships and guiding talent development, this position ensures operational excellence and integrity while advancing business strategies that promote sustainable growth and value creation for the organization.
About the team:
Join a dedicated Central Finance team that leads enterprise-wide financial forecasting, planning, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the company. This team collaborates closely with cross-functional partners to develop financial models, manage risk controls, and enhance reporting transparency. Members are committed to driving business performance through clear communication, continuous improvement, and effective resource management. What you'll do:

Lead long-term financial forecasting and planning by collaborating with departments to align financial targets with corporate goals and assess associated risks.

Partner with senior management to analyze business performance, identify gaps, and provide insights on budget processes and retail trends.

Manage control structures to mitigate financial misstatement risks and enhance transparency in financial reporting systems.

Develop complex financial models and prepare presentations to support strategic business decisions and communicate forecasts.

Oversee global financial consolidation, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies with teams.

Drive business strategy by analyzing costs, forecasts, and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Support talent development and succession planning to maintain a skilled workforce.
What you'll bring:

Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and management, including developing and communicating long-term financial strategies.

Proven ability to create complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic business decisions.

Strong expertise in budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting with a focus on accuracy and transparency.

Demonstrated skill in risk assessment and mitigation within financial control structures.

Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align financial goals with corporate objectives.

Leadership experience in talent development, mentoring, and fostering high-performing teams.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years’ experience
i n accounting, finance, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
2 years’ experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
