We partner with a diverse range of clients, from independent agencies of all types to leading and challenger-level brands.

You will play a central role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our month-end close, managing day-to-day balance sheet reconciliations, driving technical compliance around revenue recognition, and optimizing internal accounting processes. In this role, you will work across our operations, media, and new business teams, while supporting parent company reporting requirements for Talon to ensure seamless global financial alignment as our business continues to grow.

  • Technical Accounting & Reconciliations: Assist with technical accounting matters with a primary focus on revenue recognition under US GAAP. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies to maintain total general ledger integrity.

  • Parent Company & Subsidiary Reporting: Assist with parent company financial reporting schedules, deliverables, and submissions to support our UK-based global parent company (Talon) during routine close and reporting cycles.

  • Cross-Functional & Process Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with transactional finance (AP/AR), contracting, and client development teams to ensure consistent financial data, clean workflows, and accurate billing/revenue flows.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and support continuous improvements to accounting workflows, contributing to a more efficient, scalable finance function.

  • Audit & Financial Reporting: Support external audits by preparing schedules, gathering documentation, and responding to auditor requests. Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reports.

We’re looking for a precise, smart, and team-oriented person with: Core Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on accounting experience, with strong exposure to close workflows, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

  • Industry Background: Experience in an advertising agency or media environment is preferred; experience in Out of Home (OOH) media is a major plus.

  • Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or CPA candidate a plus.

  • Technical & System Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of US GAAP (specifically revenue recognition). Experience with Sage Intacct and/or NetSuite preferred.

Mindset & Key Attributes:

  • Detail-Oriented & Analytical: Excellent problem-solving skills with an unyielding commitment to data accuracy and general ledger integrity.

  • Collaborative & Communicative: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Proactive & Adaptive: A self-motivated, "roll up your sleeves" attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Benefits:

  • Unlimited non-accrual vacation policy

  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance

  • 401(k) matching program

  • Generous parental leave policy

  • Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment with space to grow your skills

  • Be at the forefront of the dynamic OOH industry
