Job Description
A large home healthcare organization is seeking an IAM Architect to join its Cybersecurity team. This individual will be responsible for assessing and driving improvements across the organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, including identity governance, privileged access management, and directory services. The IAM Architect will lead the discovery of current-state IAM processes, evaluate existing access governance and entitlement review practices, and develop recommendations to mature and strengthen the organization's IAM strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on architect with deep expertise in Okta, CyberArk, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). This individual should be comfortable working at both the strategic and technical levels, with a strong understanding of IAM configurations, role-based access models, and access governance frameworks. They will help refine role-based access controls, assess how current IAM processes are operating today, and design scalable solutions that improve security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Compensation:
$70hr to $80hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture roles - recently being in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Hands-on experience architecting and configuring Okta, CyberArk, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments.
Strong understanding of Identity Governance Administration (IGA), entitlement management, access reviews, and role-based access control (RBAC).
Experience evaluating current-state IAM processes and developing future-state IAM architectures and governance models. Experience with Mobile Application Management (MAM).
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM).
