Job Description

This position will play a key role in the development and application of advanced modeling and simulation solutions supporting complex defense and aerospace systems. The selected engineer will design, build, and maintain high-fidelity simulation environments used to evaluate the performance of sensors, command and control systems, operational platforms, and mission scenarios. Working at the intersection of systems engineering, software development, and mission analysis, this individual will develop simulation capabilities using modern object-oriented programming practices, perform mission effectiveness assessments and trade studies, and leverage large-scale data analytics to evaluate system performance and operational outcomes. Responsibilities include integrating simulation products with operational software and test environments, validating simulation accuracy through laboratory, field, and flight-test data, and developing technical reports and analysis products to support engineering and customer decision-making. The role requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams to identify technical risks, enhance modeling fidelity, and improve simulation capabilities, while also developing visualization tools and user interfaces that enable effective analysis and interpretation of complex data. This is an opportunity to contribute innovative solutions to challenging mission, systems engineering, and operational analysis problems in support of next-generation defense technologies. We can offer $90/hr-$120/hr depending no experience
