Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 2670 Forest Hill Blvd, West Palm Beach 33406 &4650 Wycliffe County Club BoulevardLake Worth, Florida 33449 Split

Schedule: Full Time; Monday - Friday; Schedule TBD

Compensation: $78,000-$95,000/year pending experience

Incentives: $20,000 sign on bonus. Indefinite student loan debt benefit program is an available option for this position

This position requires travel between the West Palm Beach and Wycliffe Country Club location.

Responsibilities

  • Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

  • Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients

  • Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors

  • Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

  • Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

  • CPR certification
