Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and acquire new business opportunities across Australia, through research, outreach, and relationship-building.

Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and stakeholders, to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.

Develop and execute sales strategies, in collaboration with the sales team, to achieve business objectives and targets.

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to identify and pursue business opportunities.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, to inform business development strategies and decisions.

Develop and maintain accurate and timely sales reports, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Provide feedback and recommendations to the sales team, to improve sales strategies and performance.

Pursue and secure business opportunities, through negotiation and closing deals.
