EPIC Cupid Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Epic Cupid Analysts to support the Intermountain Joint Venture in the Rocky Mountain Region. This role will be responsible for the design, build, optimization, and support of Epic Cupid workflows across cardiology service lines. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with both invasive and non-invasive cardiology workflows and be comfortable working in a collaborative healthcare IT environment.

Responsibilities Design, build, configure, test, and optimize Epic Cupid functionality. Support both Invasive Cardiology and Non-Invasive Cardiology workflows. Partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions. Configure and maintain Structured Reporting functionality within Epic Cupid. Participate in design sessions, workflow analysis, system testing, go-live support, and ongoing optimization efforts. Troubleshoot workflow, configuration, and integration issues. Document build decisions, configurations, and workflow recommendations. Support encounter-based and office visit workflows as needed.
