Duties

Prepare employees to accomplish mission requirements by transferring subject matter expertise of the SIGINT reporting curriculum through virtual, in-person, and hybrid solutions leveraging principles of adult learning. Make recommendations for modifying course content or delivery, and produce supplemental materials, as needed. Evaluate learners and provide feedback on learning performance. Qualifications

The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 10 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or military training plus 8 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.

Education

Degree must be in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field, or in the relevant subject matter (for example, Mathematics for a Mathematics instructor). Military training must be at least 18 semester hours of training related to instruction. Relevant experience must include one or more of the following: training, education, development instruction, or any related learning activity. Experience must also include conducting instruction. How You Will Be Evaluated

• Evaluate and provide feedback on test results. - Design, develop, document, and maintain training courses, interventions, or employee development programs. - Develop training and/or development curricula (for example, content, learning objectives). - Implement training technologies (for example, e-learning, learning management systems, and virtual learning platforms) . - Produce virtual or in-person training materials (for example, handouts, presentation slides, course materials). - Deliver formal training . - Evaluate training and/or development programs (for example, courses, methods, materials, content, assessments). - Facilitate activities associated with implementation of learning events, interventions, and employee development programs (for example, schedule activities, coordinate or provide feedback to participants) . - Produce assessment materials (for example, handouts or slides) for online, virtual, or in-person assessments. Pay: Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. Salary Range: $121,785 - $187,093 (Senior Level) Salary range varies by location, work level, and relevant experience to the position. Training will be provided based on the selectee's needs and experience. Benefits: NSA offers a comprehensive benefits package. Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, with basic 8hr/day work requirement between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (flexible).
