Full job description
Venue: SNHU Arena – Manchester, NH POSITION e an impact, and grow their career.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between Premium Clients and Ticket Holders and the venue hospitality team.
- Act as the initial point of contact for Premium Clients’ needs, escalating to the appropriate team member as needed.
- Collaborate with the Director of Finance to oversee the proper distribution of invoices.
- Provide ticketing support to Premium Clients.
- Assist in customer service-related inquiries.
- Create and distribute Premium Seating contracts.
- Ensure Premium Clients and Ticket Holders receive all event credentials (tickets, parking passes, etc.) in a timely manner ahead of each event.
- Maintain tracking documents within premium and partnerships
- Ensure suits are ready for premium clients on a show-by-show basis
- Assist with website updates, show announcements, graphics, social media, presentation decks, marketing materials.
- Assist with creating graphics, edits, and other promotional materials
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include supervising part-time event staff on occasion.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm. Education and/or Experience Two (2) Years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written required.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Produce accurate results and effectively work under pressure and/or a stringent schedule.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Effectively maintain strong working relationships with clients and team members.
- Operate a personal computer using the Microsoft catalog and other standard office equipment.
- Work independently, exercising excellent judgment, initiative and ability to multi-task.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Canva.
- Remain flexible and quickly adapt to situations as they occur.
