Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an ambitious and motivated Electrical Engineer II to join the Integrated Supply Chain team. This individual will work within an electrical laboratory environment supporting board-level testing, troubleshooting, validation, process improvements, and engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies, electronic test equipment, and root cause analysis. Experience in a contract manufacturing environment and IPC certification (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, or equivalent) are strong pluses.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of electrical engineering experience.
  • Experience with board-level testing, troubleshooting, and validation of PCBs and electronic assemblies.
  • Strong understanding of electrical schematics and root cause analysis.
  • IPC certification (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, or equivalent).
  • Experience in a contract manufacturing or EMS environment.
  • Experience supporting medical device or regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to failure analysis, product validation, and process improvements. Hands-on, ambitious engineer with a desire to learn and grow.
