DESCRIPTION:

Join our Global Site Contracts Team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll make a meaningful impact on global healthcare through our clinical research services. As a Contract Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) with research sites and principal investigators worldwide. Working alongside Contract Analysts, you'll help facilitate critical documentation that enables innovative clinical trials across multiple countries. Your work will directly contribute to advancing therapies while ensuring compliance and efficiency in the contract management process.

This position offers opportunities to build relationships with clinical teams and research sites, manage complex documentation workflows, and contribute to the successful execution of international clinical trials. REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 year of relevant experience in contract administration or similar role

  • Legal background preferred

  • Advanced/fluent English language proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

  • Strong understanding of clinical trial agreement processes and documentation

  • Experience with budget preparation and negotiation

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration

  • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to SOPs, WPDs, and regulatory requirements

  • Experience with document management systems and electronic signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign)

  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain accurate records and databases
