Bus Driver for Seniors

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation services for senior residents. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate passenger buses to transport seniors to scheduled appointments, activities, and outings
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operations
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the bus, reporting any issues promptly
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger counts
• Provide friendly and courteous service to all passengers, addressing their needs and concerns
• Adhere to schedules and routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Proven experience as a bus driver or in a similar transportation role
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to assist seniors with mobility and provide compassionate service
• Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and vehicle maintenance basics
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent

Salary Description
