Position Overview

When you join Cognizant's TriZetto Product House, you will help shape the next generation of healthcare technology. Associates will be responsible for assisting in designing, developing, supporting, and troubleshooting fully functional software products for the healthcare industry, aligned with user needs and business goals.

Core Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with preferred majors in: Computer Science, Software Engineering

• Basic knowledge of programming languages — Java or .NET, Python, SQL

• Internship or academic experience using cloud services such as Azure or AWS

• Excited to work in the Healthcare domain

• Self-motivated with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, and a passion to learn new technologies

• Works to establish and grow best practices and procedures, with a focus on improving the organization's ability to meet deliverables

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with global project teams

Technical Practice Areas We're Hiring For (October 2026 Intake)

Candidates will be matched to one of the following technical practice areas based on skills, interview performance, and business needs. Each team sits within the same TriZetto Product House organization, but has its own focus and specific requirements:

• Product Support (Mesa, AZ) — Provide technical and functional support for enterprise healthcare software products by troubleshooting issues, analyzing application behavior, and collaborating with engineering and product teams. Key skills: AI/Copilot tools, .NET/Java, SQL/Oracle, analytical thinking, troubleshooting, basic cloud concepts (Azure preferred), customer communication, incident management, and documentation.

• Payer Care Solutions – CAE (Boston, MA) — .NET, C#, and Angular development experience with a Microsoft SQL Server database. Includes mentorship and a multi-month ramp-up period; work spans provider-facing authorization tools (CareAdvance, TTAP), core systems (Facets, QNXT), and value-based benefit programs (VBB).

Location(s)

New hires will be hired to Cognizant offices and/or client locations in Boston, MA or Mesa, AZ where you will work alongside other experienced Cognizant associates delivering technology solutions. Applicants must be willing to relocate to one of these major geographic areas. While we attempt to honor candidate location preferences, business needs and position availability will determine final location assignment.

Start Date

New hires will start in October 2026 . Exact start dates will be communicated with enough time for you to plan effectively.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is $65,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
