Full job description
This is an on-site in Albuquerque, MN position. Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30am-4:30pm
What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day production activities and keep things moving!
- Keep safety, quality, and efficiency top of mind.
- Manage a team of approximately 8 production employees.
- Help train, onboard, and support our production team.
- Handle employee relations issues, performance reviews & other people management duties
- Manage workflow and priorities to hit production goals and deadlines.
- Operate and troubleshoot automated and manual production equipment.
- Set up and operate our polymer printing system.
- Assemble, roll, fiberglass, and test reverse osmosis membrane elements.
- Inspect products to make sure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Work with Engineering and suppliers to improve processes, equipment, and products.
- Jump in wherever needed—no two days are exactly alike!
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of Leadership experience in a manufacturing or automated equipment environment
- The ability to manage a small team.
- Ability to pivot directions quickly
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Curious, adaptable, hands-on, and willing to learn.
- Positive “let’s figure it out” attitude.
- Basic knowledge of chemistry, water testing, printing, MRP, or SPC is a plus.
The Reality This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll spend most of your day on the production floor, working alongside the team, solving problems, mentoring & leading employees, improving processes, and helping us make great products.
