Full job description

This is an on-site in Albuquerque, MN position. Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30am-4:30pm

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day production activities and keep things moving!
  • Keep safety, quality, and efficiency top of mind.
  • Manage a team of approximately 8 production employees.
  • Help train, onboard, and support our production team.
  • Handle employee relations issues, performance reviews & other people management duties
  • Manage workflow and priorities to hit production goals and deadlines.
  • Operate and troubleshoot automated and manual production equipment.
  • Set up and operate our polymer printing system.
  • Assemble, roll, fiberglass, and test reverse osmosis membrane elements.
  • Inspect products to make sure they meet quality standards before shipping.
  • Work with Engineering and suppliers to improve processes, equipment, and products.
  • Jump in wherever needed—no two days are exactly alike!

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of Leadership experience in a manufacturing or automated equipment environment
  • The ability to manage a small team.
  • Ability to pivot directions quickly
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Curious, adaptable, hands-on, and willing to learn.
  • Positive “let’s figure it out” attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of chemistry, water testing, printing, MRP, or SPC is a plus.

The Reality This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll spend most of your day on the production floor, working alongside the team, solving problems, mentoring & leading employees, improving processes, and helping us make great products.
