Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Architecture and Engineering Analyst to join a Fortune 4 retail pharmacy client. This individual will support the Architecture & Engineering team in the coordination and execution of large-scale design and construction initiatives across a national portfolio. Working closely with senior leadership, architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders, this resource will help oversee project documentation, design schedules, vendor coordination, and overall project administration throughout the project lifecycle.

On a day-to-day basis, the Analyst will manage and organize project documentation, support design meetings and follow-up actions, track project milestones and deliverables, and assist with communication between internal teams and third-party partners. They will leverage tools such as Microsoft Project and TRIRIGA to support project planning and reporting efforts while ensuring all drawings, specifications, contracts, permits, and design documentation remain accurate and up to date. This person will serve as a key liaison across multiple workstreams and must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Compensation $35-$45/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of experience supporting architecture, engineering, construction, or design-related projects -Strong understanding of architectural design processes and construction project lifecycles -Experience reviewing and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents -Proven project coordination or project management experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously -Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate across internal teams, consultants, architects, and engineers -Experience facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and providing project status updates -Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and document control experience -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook -Experience with AutoCAD and Adobe products -Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience -Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% -Experience supporting retail, healthcare, commercial, or large-scale national construction programs -Experience using TRIRIGA for project management, facilities, or real estate initiatives -Experience using Microsoft Project Server for scheduling and project tracking -Familiarity with Bluebeam and Photoshop -Experience managing third-party architecture, engineering, or consulting vendors -Exposure to construction administration, permitting processes, or environmental/civil engineering coordination -Experience helping develop design standards, workflows, or process improvement initiatives
