Alltown Bus Service
The Operations Manager oversees our organizational processes and ensures daily tasks by the drivers and other members of the operations teams are met. Their main duties include managing daily operations, assisting with the hiring process of new employees, implementing policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels, and building an enjoyable company culture.
This role is on-site and compensation will range from $80,000-100,000 per year based on experience.
Responsibility Profile :

Manage daily and l ong-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals .

Coordinat e different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities .

Assess and analyz e departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits .

Inspir e and motivat e employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives .

Communicat e with senior officials about shifting company priorities and projects .

Identify potential problems and points of friction and work to find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue .

Identify opportunities to expand or shift course to take advantage of changes in the market .

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Three (3) years of transportation management experience.

One (1) year of supervisory experience.

High school diploma.
