About the Role:

We are seeking a driven, high-energy, top-performingfinance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraceschallenges, and is passionate about making an impact!

If this describesyou, join CBRE as a Sr. Finance Manager, in a highly visible role based onsitein our downtown Dallas office. Supportingthe Business Operations & Experience segment, you will serve as a keypartner to global finance leaders and stakeholders, acting as a central pointof coordination for financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiativesacross the organization.

In this role, you will build strong relationships withfinance teams around the globe, gathering and consolidating information tosupport decision-making, improve reporting consistency, and drive operationalefficiencies. You'll be expected to takeinitiative, identify opportunities for improvement, solve complex businessproblems, and influence positive change across multiple regions and functions. You will also play a critical role in ensuringdata accuracy, uncovering cost-saving opportunities, and promoting standardizedfinancial processes that support scalable growth.

This position you will drive key financial initiatives,including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, strategic planning, managementreporting, financial analysis, and special projects. As part of CBRE's Financial Strategy &Operations function, you will partner with global finance leaders andstakeholders to deliver actionable insights, strengthen financial controls,identify opportunities for improvement, and support informed business decisionsthat drive organizational performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Partnerwith global finance leaders and stakeholders to support strategicdecision-making, financial planning, and operational excellence across theorganization.

  • Drivethe annual budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reportingprocesses, ensuring timely and accurate financial insights.

  • Buildstrong relationships with finance teams across multiple regions to gather,consolidate, and validate financial information.

  • Identifycost-saving opportunities, financial risks, and performance trends, providingrecommendations that support business objectives.

  • Prepare,analyze, and deliver complex financial reports, forecasts, pro forma analyses,and presentations for senior leadership.

  • Reviewand validate balance sheet analyses, cash flow reporting, supporting schedules,and consolidated reporting packages to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

  • Supportmonth-end and quarter-end close activities, including the review of journalentries and financial reporting deliverables.

  • Promotestandardized financial processes, reporting methodologies, and internalcontrols across global finance teams.

  • Leadand support special projects focused on process improvement, operationalefficiencies, reporting enhancements, and strategic initiatives.

  • Research,develop, and implement accounting and finance policies, procedures, and bestpractices.

  • Collaboratewith cross-functional business partners to resolve complex financial andoperational issues and drive continuous improvement.

  • Presentfinancial insights and recommendations to senior leaders, translating complexdata into actionable business decisions.

  • Influencestakeholders across multiple functions to gain alignment, drive initiativesforward, and achieve shared business goals.

  • Modelbehaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values while fostering a collaborative,high-performing, and customer-focused culture.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor'sdegree preferred with 5-8+ years of experience in finance, financial planning& analysis, strategy, accounting, or a related field. Equivalent experienceand education will also be considered.

  • Provenleadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders, buildpartnerships across global teams, drive initiatives forward, and lead throughcollaboration rather than direct authority.

  • Passionfor delivering results, improving processes, and driving business performancethrough data-driven decision-making and financial insights.

  • Strongproblem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to navigateambiguity, identify opportunities, and develop practical solutions to complexbusiness challenges.

  • Exceptionalcommunication skills with the ability to present complex financial informationto executive leaders and influence decision-making across the organization.

  • Experienceleading discussions involving sensitive, complex, and business-critical issueswhile balancing multiple stakeholder perspectives.

  • Advancedfinancial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting experience, with astrong understanding of financial drivers and business performance metrics.

  • Strongattention to detail, organizational skills, and an inquisitive mindset with acommitment to accuracy, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

  • Advancedproficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint,and financial modeling tools.

  • Stronganalytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpretfinancial data, develop meaningful insights, and support strategic businessdecisions.

  • Mustbe authorized to work in United States without current or future sponsorshiprequirements.
