Full job description
Description We are looking for an ERP/CRM Administrator to join a government organization in Plano, Texas on a Long-term Contract assignment. In this role, you will help advance procurement operations by supporting Workday Strategic Sourcing activities, improving current workflows, and coordinating key project tasks across stakeholders. This opportunity is ideal for someone who combines strong system knowledge with organization, analysis, and communication skills in a structured, compliance-focused environment.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate project schedules, meetings, follow-up items, and key milestones to help keep procurement initiatives on track.

Map existing sourcing and procurement workflows, define improved future-state processes, and document changes clearly for stakeholders.

Prepare, review, and validate supplier, contract, and sourcing data to support accurate system setup and reliable reporting.

Assist with test planning, execute test scenarios, record issues, and partner with stakeholders to resolve defects efficiently.

Create user-focused training resources, reference guides, and communication materials to support readiness and adoption.

Monitor adoption trends, reporting outputs, and go-live preparedness activities to help ensure a successful rollout.

Collaborate with procurement teams and project partners to identify enhancement opportunities and support implementation efforts.

Contribute to change management activities that encourage user engagement and smooth operational transition during deployment. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or comparable relevant experience in a related field.

At least two years of experience supporting or leading Workday Strategic Sourcing, Workday Procurement, finance, or related system projects.

Hands-on experience participating in implementation initiatives within enterprise platforms.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Clear written and verbal communication skills with experience working across cross-functional stakeholder groups.

Proficiency with Workday, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft 365, and related business applications.

Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and sourcing operations.

Experience working in regulated environments and familiarity with contract lifecycle practices is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
