The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. Key responsibilities

Operational leadership: Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring brand standards are met or exceeded and driving overall profitability.

Team development: Lead, coach, and inspire department managers and hotel staff to deliver exceptional service.

Sales and revenue generation: Utilize your sales knowledge to analyze market trends, manage revenue, and develop strategies to maximize market share.

Guest satisfaction : Foster a guest-centric culture, actively seeking feedback and ensuring every guest has a memorable and positive experience.

Financial management : Manage the hotel's budget, control costs, and prepare financial reports to drive profitability.

Qualifications:

• Has a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hotel management experience, ideally as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager.

• Possesses strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate a team.

• Has experience or strong interest in sales and revenue management.

• Demonstrates sound business ethics and a high level of integrity.

• Can work independently and is a proactive problem-solver.

• Is flexible and willing to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
