Job Description
Engineering Technician wanted by AptarGroup, Inc. in Eatontown, NJ. Design/build test and training equipment for electrical, mechanical, pneumatic devices; write operational/troubleshooting manual; develop/deliver training programs/material to new and existing mechanics; review approval processes, initiate process improvements; document processes/procedures for maintenance and machine instructions; overhaul machinery to original operating condition; work with Engineering team in design of new equipment, and current equipment upgrades; upgrade electrical, electronic controls on production equipment; supply detailed purchasing requests for necessary repair parts, Engineering projects. Wage range: $83346 - $90000. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, 401k Retirement, EAP Program, Vacation, Emergency Time.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Process Engineer using Minitab, Power BI, SAP, QMS, FMEA Software (APIS IQ, PTC Windchill). Foreign degree equivalency accepted.
