MyRobin.id, a workforce-as-a-service (WaaS) platform that enables businesses to quickly and reliably hire, manage, and scale talent across Indonesia.
We are looking for a Recruitment Officer with strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and a passion for talent acquisition to support our growing recruitment needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is capable of managing the recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, communities, referrals, and other relevant platforms.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure candidates meet the required criteria.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain an active and qualified candidate pipeline to support recruitment targets and business requirements.
- Monitor candidate progress throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment system or ATS.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, operations, and other relevant teams to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment process.
- Support recruitment activities, employer branding initiatives, and other talent acquisition projects when required.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and placement.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills with the ability to identify suitable candidates efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiar with recruitment platforms and digital sourcing tools such as Jobstreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, WhatsApp, and other recruitment channels.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, adaptable, and target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Willing to work from the Yogyakarta area and travel when required for recruitment activities.
