Site Manager/ Facilities Manager

Our client, a corporate facilities and real estate services organization, is seeking a Site Manager to join their team. As a Site Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management team supporting Corporate Real Estate and regional operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay Range: $37-$40/ hr

What’s the Job?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities management and coordinate tenant requirements and service delivery.

• Support the Area Manager with short- and long-term client projects and annual management plans.

• Develop and implement programs and processes to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

• Oversee operating, capital, and expense budgets, including monthly and quarterly variance reporting.

• Manage facility reporting and supervise vendor performance, including off-hours and weekends when required.

What’s Needed?

• Minimum 6 years of industry experience in a corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consulting role.

• Strong organizational and management skills, including oversight of technical and administrative staff.

• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS/Work Order systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred; experience overseeing multiple facilities is a plus.
